How Emotional Commitment Leads to Career Success and Top Performance |
|
The level of commitment one makes has a key role to play in creating a fulfilling career. People who are clear about their goals and are committed to achieving them usually do so in the end. However, as Corporate Leadership Council's recent research indicates, engagement levels have declined substantially since the start of the economic downturn and a growing number of top performers are considering leaving their current positions within the coming year.
Attend this seminar and learn from experienced executive coach Charlie Lang how organisations and individuals can improve their situations.
